Able to login on Windows but not on MAC

Hi,

I installed Jabber video on W7 running on my MAC (Fusion NAT) and can login fine - using Fusion Camera.

However, ideally I would like to use JV on my MAC.  I installed it but am not able to login with the same credentials.

I have tried/verified

- MAC Firewals is off, I expect I have access to ports as defined in: https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-23227

- Reset my password

- no change it's cap-locks etc..

Any helps and suggestions would be appreciated.
