Authentication Problem

What am I doing wrong?

Note: I had a previously installed MOVI client on a different VCS...what should the VCS and SIP domain be for Cisco Jabber Video??

Internal VCS:

https://sjc1-movi-pr-bootproxy-vip.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration

That's all you need for the free JabberVideo service, might want to upgrade to 4.4 though.

I can't get to that document...see below.  Is it an internal Cisco link?

This page contains the following errors:

error on line 1 at column 1: Document is empty

Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error.

It's not a document, it is the address you need to put into the internal VCS field.

Doh! I get it.

I still get the "@ not allowed" error.

Do I need to put anything in the SIP domain?

I take it you have actually signed up and created an account for this free service?

If yes, try upgrading to at least 4.3 - or, preferably 4.4 which this service is using.

I've used this with both 4.3 and 4.4 and it works fine.

And no, you don't need to specify sip domain nor external VCS server address.
