Call keeps dropping

   For Jabber Video, I can log in okay, and audio and video quality are excellent, but the call keeps dropping --  "call ended" appears suddenly, usually after about 3 minutes or so.

Hi Sean,

What is the jabber video call scenario? Can you provide more info about dropping? For example,

- jabber video to jabber video, or

- jabber video to Tandberg endpoints?

- calling from home, or

- from office?

Call scenario is jabber video to jabber video. I am calling from home office to Cisco Bxb office.

I'm having the same issue with one of my locations (Movi to Movi). Call sets up properly audio and video works good, then audio drops for no reason after a short period of time, then video goes. We have multiple locations and this is the first time we've seen this particular problem. believe its somewhere in the their firewall, but unsure what could be causing the problem.
