I'm having the same issue with one of my locations (Movi to Movi). Call sets up properly audio and video works good, then audio drops for no reason after a short period of time, then video goes. We have multiple locations and this is the first time we've seen this particular problem. believe its somewhere in the their firewall, but unsure what could be causing the problem.
