Can't login via client

My username and password is getting rejected. Wrong username/domain and/or password.

I am sure my password is correct, even a newly created account cannot login.

Settings show internal server as

https://boot.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration

Note: Hitting that URL shows INVALID_MODEL.

Please help asap.

Can't login via client

Hi Ishan,

Please make sure you are not including the domain for your username.  You only need the first part of your login to successfully register.
