I have a user that sent an invite via the ciscojabber video web page but entered the wrong name. They would like to change the invie link how would they do this. i.e. www.ciscojabbervideo.com/5XXXXX@co.travis.tx.us
I need to delete an account also (so we can create a new one with the corrected name). The account name is firstname.lastname@example.org. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Can you remove Laton@jabber.com so i can re-register with my correct email address

There is no way to change that without deleting your account, and if that's done you will lose the service since we are no longer allowing new accounts to sign up for this service.
I would like to have the user ID firstname.lastname@example.org removed so we can correct the user name.
Is there any plan to enable this sort of activity at the user level?

I'm not sure if something may have gotten messed up with our user IDs, but now when I try to login to the app it gives me the following error: "Login failed due to registration failure. If the problem persists contact IT support.
Is there a problem with my account or is something happening with the login site\server?

There was an issue earlier today that was rectified, which prevented users from logging in causing the registration error message received.
I'm still working to cover the needs our staff has before JabberVideo's end of life.
Would it be possible to get a listing (perhaps sent privately) with any user IDs that start with cri? Those are our company initials and I suggested everyone precede their user IDs with cri.
If I can get that listing I can hopefully ensure I have covered everyone's needs.

Have you tried to reset your password yet? There is a reset password link under the password text box. Please try that and if you feel you still need your account removed let me know.
Can you go to the settings and let me know what the internal string is? Also, where did you download your software from? I recommend uninstalling your version and reinstalling from ciscojabbervideo.com.
Please let me know if this still does not work.
