Change Password or Delete Account - Password might have been compromised

Hi there,

due to a mistake there is a high possibility that my password became public. I was trying to change it without any luck - the website tells me, that the email-address is unknown. Next I tried to use the delete function on my iPad. I tried it several times. It deleted all contacts, but the account still is active. Can you please help me out with this issue?
