Failure to Login Movi 4.6 for MAC

I recently signed up for Cisco Jabber for Telepresence in which i downloaded the 4.6 MOVI client.  I put in my username/pass

Username: ryan.trauernicht

Pass: password

Internal: <blank>

External: <blank>

SIP Domain: jabber.com

It always comes back with my domain/user/pass is not correct though I know my username/pass is correct.  I thought it was suppse to auto populate once it logs in for the first time. 

Any help is appreciated.
