How to automatically create corporate group in Jabber for windows?

We have Jabber for windows in corporate environment, it is integrated with Cisco Unified Communication, Unity Connection, Webex Meeting as well.

A question came from my operations manager about

"why it is not possible to create automatically for all new users, a group Name with all contacts the company? "

I tried to open a case with the Webex team support, but the answer was not clear. They just said that to be integrated with MSAD <LDAP>, corporate users would be available to be find on that and added manually.

 

Does anybody know if it possible? Are there some way to configured in the webex Connect a Corporate Group Name to replay automatically, when you intall a Jabber for end users? Someting like this group name <Added>.
