I cannot reset my password

It won't send out an reset email. Though it does say that it has sent out an email for password reset..

After completeging info in "Forgot your password" page and selecting "Submit", you will recevie an email from ciscojabbervideo.com to your email box that is registered with ciscojabbervideo:

You can use your registered email address, jabber video ID, or jabber video address to reset password.
