This is not rally the correct

This is not rally the correct forum as this forum deals with the "free" JabberVideo version which is hosted by Cisco, however.... :)

You don't say which software version the VCS-C is running, nor which version of TMS you have so I can't point to a specific guide, however, see http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/telepresence-video-communication-server-vcs/products-installation-and-configuration-guides-list.html and look for the Provisioning Deployment Guide appropriate for the software versions you are running.

Also see JabberVideo 4.7 Admin Guide: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/Jabber_Video/4_7/CJAB_BK_CC653AA2_00_cisco-jabber-video-for-telepresence.pdf

You do need the Provisioning Option key installed on the VCS-C, and you also need Provisioning Licenses installed on TMS.

You also need to upload the provisioning schema to TMS and create a provisioning template from this.

Accounts are created in TMS, either manually or by importing users from AD.

How you authenticate these accounts depends on the method used, again see http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/unified-communications/telepresence-video-communication-server-vcs/products-installation-and-configuration-guides-list.html and look for the relevant Cisco VCS Authenticating Devices Deployment Guide applicable to the software versions you are running.

Internal server is normally the FQDN of your VCS-C and external server is normally the FQDN of a VCS-E.
