Jabber for ipad, you are rejected by server

Hi All

Has anyone come across the above yet. the ipad is signed in and connected to my company wi-fi, i have even created a subzone on my VCSc just for testing with the IP address of the ipad but all i keep getting is the above. Am i missing an option key off my VCS to enable this? or is there something else, any help would be appreciate

Jabber for ipad, you are rejected by server

I am having the same issue, I even try and send problem report, but it pop's up so fast, you can't even see it. I was able to take a screen shot, showing the email but the TO and Cc/Bcc lines are blank, and the subject line is there but the email is otherwise blank. I am able to connect using the Xvio-HD app on my ipad with only 1 issue. It shows all my contacts as off line.

I take it you both are signing in using "Company-Provided Accounts" and not "Indivdiual Accounts" and have uploaded the provisioning template to TMS?

I am using the company provided accout, but had no idea about the template..
