Jabber installation stuck on Windows 8

Cisco Jabber Video for TelePresence is stuck on welcome screen in Windows 8.

Windows 7 processed installation without any problem.

Has anyone encountered similar issues and ways to get around it?

I also have a same problem in installing in windows 8. I searched for Open GL higher version. But couldn't solve it. Please see the attachment and help me

If you are receiving the

If you are receiving the OpenGL error like the user below, there is no way to bypass that.  If not, what hardware are you using?  laptop/desktop/MS Surface?

If you are using the Surface, that platform is not supported to use the product.

Outside of that, you may want to update the video driver per the manufacturer's site, which is not from the Microsoft update page or from the Microsoft Drivers screen.
