Jabber video cannot connect to Mac camera

I get this error message. I've confirmed and shut down FaceTime and Skype and dont see any other applications using the camera on my Macbook. 

I'm on Jabber 4.6 (build 17194) and my Mac is running OSX 10.9.2

That's a known issue with 10

That's a known issue with 10.9 aka Maveric, it is fixed in JabberVideo 4.7, however I don't know when 4.7 will be available in this "free" service.

You can download 4.7 from:

http://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283613653&flowid=46186&softwareid=280886992&release=4.7.4.17771&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest

Be aware that version does not contain the server settings so you'll need to make a note if the server URL and enter it into the internal server settings in the client.
