Jabber video to CUPC


I have an existing Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environment with presence, and a VCS control and Expressway.

CUCM and VCS are connected via a SIP trunk

I have CUPC registered to CUCM and Presence and all my video endpoints H323/SIP/Movi are registed to the VCS (C) or (E)

I can make calls from a Movi client to CUPC endpoints, H323, or SIP with no issues, even when the movi client moves outside the network to the internet

When I use jabber video (cloud version)  complete the following calls

          Jabber to movi (registered to the control)

          Jabber to movi (registered to the expressway)

          Jabber to H323 (registered to the control)

          Jabber to SIP ( registered to the control)

However when I make a call from Jabber to a CUPC endpoint the call connected audio only

If I make a call from an e20 registered to the control to jabber the call works.If I then transfer the call to the CUPC endpoint the video removes from the call.

Is there some interworking/transcoding missing????
