Login failed!

I just registered two different account but I get Login failed due to registration failure when I try to login from Jabber Video.

 

Is anyone else having this problem?  Anywhere I can contact a support person?

Hi, tried with client 4.6.3

tried with client 4.6.3 17194 and 4.8 . With both no login possible :-( .
