My first response is to say this is not supported as it has never been tested. However, with that said, this could be due to TLS negotiation from the SIP negotiation on the Lync network to CJV network. You could try using/testing one of the CA certs from the following site to see if that works. I'd be interested to know as well since I am sure others are trying something similar with other products.
