Lync to Jabber.com account on iPad

Video call from Lync (within enterprise) to Jabber.com account running on Jabber/iPad (on internet) reults in message "video not accepted" message on Lync and call drops to audio only.   

 

Same call path from Lync to Jabber.com account running on Jabber for Telepresence/Win7 results in Ok video. 

 

TAC analyzed call logs and says trouble is with response from Jabber/iPad :

VCS EXPRESSWAY RECEIVES 200OK FROM JABBER FOR IPAD: ( m=video 0 RTP/SAVP 0) NO VIDEO PORTS.

Anyone have any expereince with this ....is it related to encryption.  Any resolution/work around ?
