No incoming video, unless accompanied by a presentation?

Hi

I'm having a weird problem. My client shows a blank screen with "No incoming video" notification during calls. If the other party starts up a presentation, I can see the presentation AND their video feed in the bottom corner of my screen. So I'm able to receive their video, but it's only displayed when accompanied by a presentation.

Client: Tandberg MOVI 4

Cam: USB Logitech C525

OS: Windows XP SP3

*EDIT* Solved: My network performance is apparently too bad. I set the "Max Incoming Bandwidth" parameter to a lower value and now I can receive video.
