Problem with Jabber Telepresence Bridge

I have a Jabber Video Telepresence account that I cannot access my personal bridge.  When I try to connect, it tells me "Call denied".  I can connect to other personal video bridges just fine.

Can anyone tell me who I can open a support case through?

My video address is:  lst.jesse@webex.com

My bridge is: lst.jesse.mybridge@webex.com

Problem with Jabber Telepresence Bridge

Hi Jesse,

Please call 877-533-4246 option 1 to get phone support.  They will open a case for you as well.  This forurm is strictly for the free beta service with the domain @jabber.com.
