re-INVITE to move media causing call drop in Jabber 4.7

On our network we have the ability to move media from one server to another using a re-INVITE.  This works fine with all the endpoints that call in so far, untill Jabber 4.7 was released.  Jabber 4.6 and earlier all work fine too.  The call flow is that Jabber will call into our systems, connect to an IVR, then get moved over to another system with a re-INVITE.  Video is fine for around 20 seconds, but then jabber stops decoding the video.  We have taken captures, and it is still receiving the video in the RTP.  From the logs, we see:

Any thoughts what might be causing this?  It happens on both Mac and Windows versions.  Even more strange it's not 100% of the time, but probably at least 90%.

re-INVITE to move media causing call drop in Jabber 4.7

Sorry, my title is not completely accurate.  The call does not drop (as in a BYE), just the media stops processing, but then the only thing you can do is hang up at the point that it happens, it does not recover.

re-INVITE to move media causing call drop in Jabber 4.7

Further information we have discovered on this one.  The issue is related specifically to the SSRC.  If we hardcode the SSRC and don't change it, media is fine.  However if the SSRC changes, we lose video 20s to 30s into the call, after the transfer of media.
