Registation failure on Laptop

I am getting an issue on my laptop that when i log into jabber i get a registration failure message

if i log into jabber on my PC it works.

They are both on the same LAN i have even tried putting the PC network cable into the Laptop but it still fails.

if this was a firewall issue surely it would affect both devices? Any ideas?

Registation failure on Laptop

Hi Steven,

Click on the settings icon (wrench and screwdriver) and make sure the internal server URL is the same as your PC. 

The internal server should be: https://boot.ciscojabbervideo.com/endpoint/configuration

If this is your work laptop, please make sure your VPN is disconnected and try again.
