Registration Fails

I have not been able to login to Cisco Jabber Video for the past two weeks.  My username and password are correct, however, the messae I get is failed to register at proxy.global.jabber.com and says to contact IT support.  I am using Win 7.

Has anyone seen this?  Any work arounds?

Registration Fails

i have found the issue being the CSA blocking the app.  Placing the app as the trusted app resolves the issue.
