SIP domains not resolving

 

Greetings

 

Recently, I'm not able to call by dialing the SIP domain (user@domain.com) If I dial by the IP address as the domain though, it works (user@'ipaddress') Is there an issue with the DNS zones hosted by jabber.com?

I'm using the free service on Movi client 4.6, hosted on jabber.com domain

Seeing how you were the only one experiencing this, are you still seeing this as an issue?  This is not something we are able to replicate.
