Unable to launch Jabber Client-supportabilitytest.exe has stopped working

Hi All,

I am newbie to Jabber.

I download the Cisco Jabber video for telepresence-Beta version and the installation was fine. But when I launched the application, I get the following error.

"supportabilitytest.exe has stopped working". Once when I click on "Close the program", it gives me another error saying "graphics card or driver not supported"..

I am running Windows 7 SP1 on my laptop, Lenovo W520. The system is using Intel HD graphics 3000 card and the Driver Version is

The screenshot of the error and the graphics card information is attached. I googled for this error and could not find any useful information or KB information to resolve this issue.

Please help me to resolve this issue.
