Unable to start a video call when on company network

Hello

Is anyone familiar with what could be blocking a jabber Video call on a company network?  Off the network the same Jabber client works fine.  I can login with my Jabber account fine but no video call will connect when going through the company network?  Thanks

Hi rbclark38,

Most businesses have strict firewalling, which could be the cause in your case.  There is a port list available so administrators can open specific traffic up for this service.  The column for Cisco Jabber Video is what is needed.
