When will free jabber upgrade from 4.6 to 4.8 for Mac users?
I'm getting a little tired of the 10.9 Mac Mavericks problems with 4.6 and the Free Jabber service.
Sure, I know it's free but come on, 4.8 has been out for MONTHS. How hard can it be to update the binary supplied for the free service so that 10.9 users webcams work?
Is there any timeline for this (upgrade 4.6 to 4.8)? We use free Jabber to allow external customers to call our CISCO/Tandberg systems but when we get a Mac user with 10.9 with usually a Macbook Air I end up having to provision them a temporary enterprise account just to get them in the meeting.
