This bug is listed in the release notes for 4.2(1)SV1(5.1a) and 4.2(1)SV1(5.1), however it does not show up in the bug toolkit.  Does anyone have any information about it?

Thank you - that is where the bug is listed in the release notes, as I described.  I am looking for the detailed bug listing that goes into detail about the bug.

Is the bug details is not seen on CCO, then it is likely internal one. I suggest opening a service request with Cisco to have TAC engineer either disclosed it to you or made external.
