1601 router - setting to full duplex

I have a 1601 router running ver 12.0. The ethernet interface is half duplex. Can it be set to full duplex?

Cisco 1600 series routers normally comes up with 10BaseT ethernet ports which works on 10Mbps speed and Half-duplex mode.

I dont think by anyway you will be able to change the same to full..
