since last friday we have two brand new routers cisco 1951/k9 in use for a ipsec tunnel between our offices.They replaced two fine working 2851.
After 72 hours one of the router losing the connection on int gig 0/0. The status is 'up' in 'show interface' and there is no error in log or interface status but no more data is sending and receiving.
Shutting down the interface and re-enabling will not change the malfunction. After reloading the router it works fine for x hours and the same problem happens again. It looks like a damage but im not sure.
Both new routers got the same config from his predecessor and the other new router got no errors or malfunctions.
This is actually a pretty cool feature, i didn't even know it existed until I was looking for a solution to advertise a subnet (prefix in BGP talk), only if a certain condition existed. This is exactly what conditional advertisements does
