2611xm w/inteface resets

I am new to Cisco..

I have a 2611xm router that we are have a problem with. I run cat tools and can look at the error report(as seen here www.dhd10.org/lakecity.htm)I know that interface resets are bad. but can cause them the fast 0/0 is network fast 0/1 is phone.

What is deferred seem to be a lot to me.

The duplex is set to be Half under the port,have you configured the port for auto or half ?

Can you encode the duplex on the router side to full if your ip phone supports the same and check ?

The phones need to be half (IP office 4000 avaya)

The other is half that needs to be full We pay a vendor to do this and I can see that it was not done.
