I have a bad 2821 router that is equiped with the CF slot. What is the procedure to backup the entire config and import it into the new RMA'd 2821 router. I'm not onsite so I will have to walk someone over the phone in this process.
If your bad 2821 is still accessible, you can backup the config to a local TFTP server. Once you install the good 2821, you can load the config back to the router.
