if you are know how to take backup ios of routers then you need only one step more needed:
Verify the switchport where TFTP server connected , in which vlan it is existed.
for example in vlan 1
interface vlan 1
no sh
ip add 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.0 (10.1.1.2 ip of tftp server)
exit
ping 10.1.1.2
!!!!!
now its ok, you can take backup
switch#sh flash
