2960 and Routing on Linux

HI.

I created vlans (115,116) in my catalyst 2960 and in my linux server i created subinterfaces. The encapsulation is dot1q. The port to linux server has configured like trunk mode, but there aren't communications between vlans. Can you help me? In PC's, the default gateways is the subinterface of linux. Perhaps it has a problem in vlan 1?

Thanks

Re: 2960 and Routing on Linux

Did you enable IP forwarding on the Linux station. It is disabled by default on most Linux stations. Please refer to the following document to see how to enable IP forwarding:

Hope this helps,
