2960 QoS classification

Is possible to change precedence of packets arriving to 2960s port

I did following configuration

access-list 110 permit ip any any

(just for test all ip is permitted)

class-map TEST

match access-group 110

policy-map TEST

class TEST

set precedence 5

interface fa 0/1

service-police in TEST

But it doesnt work .. any advices??
