You didn't explain the issue. You are referring to your diagram, but even that does not have much info.
What is the issue?
Are you connecting SM to SM?
Are the optics the same on both sides?
Is the patch cord good?

Hi,
We connecting SM to SM 1000mbps to 100 mbps
We connected with fiber sm duplex patch cord back to back LC to SC

2924FX is only 100 Mbps. So it won't work.
