Is this a "stackable switch" like the 3750 with a ring cable at the back so that I can manage every 2960 as one device?

Hi,

The 2960 doesn't have the stackable port at the back. You have to use the uplink port to create your a stack. In term of management, you can use create a "Cluster" to manage the 2960 stack via a single IP address.

No, but the newer 2975 support physical stacking like the 3750.
