2960G Trashed Flash - How to recover?

Hi,

I have a 2960G with flash: that cannot be recognised. Only command that seems to provide any output is show file systems. What can I do to recover this switch? I need to install a new image!

   Try using these instructions, if this doesn't work then you would  probably have to RMA the switch .
