Hi there,
I have recently purchased a number of Cisco 2960 S-24TD-L switches and would like to know if they support REP (Resilient Ethernet Protocol). I have set up a development space and have telnet'd on to one of the 2960's to try and configure an Edge Port, but i keep getting the "invalid command" response whenever the word rep is used.
The current software is 12.2 (55) SE7.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Tom

Hello, Tom.
2960S doesn't support it.
Per my understanding it's an ISP feature, so supported on IE3000, ME and other "ISP featured" IOSs.

Hi Mikhailovsky,
Thanks, I think that pretty much clears that up.
I will persue a solution with the ME series of switches.
