2960S Upgrade

Hey guys
I am trying to upgrade my switches at work but for some reason all the switches have the management vlan1 as the same ip address. Anyone know why this happens. Isn't the management clan down by default mind you no configurations has been made to theses switches.

Re: 2960S Upgrade

Hi
The management address for all devices need to be in the subnet
There is no need to put each device in different subnet unless your network is very large
The Managment subnet is there for you to telnet, SSH to your devices
