3550 ios backup to TFTPd32 error 10109 cant create socket

Hello everyone, this issue I'm having has me stumped so I've decided to try my luck at posting here.

I've already browsed all the TFTPD forums looking for someone with the same issue but to no avail.

I have a catalyst 3550 switch connected to a Window 7 PC and a Server 2012 system.

When attempting to backup a config via TFTPD32 on my 2012 server, I get a "timed out" error on the switch.

Before even attempting to run the "copy run tftp" commmand on the switch, I get an error when opening TFTPD32 that states the following:

ERROR: Can't create socket

Error 10109(The specified class was not found)

When I attempt to do the same thing on the Windows 7 machine(backup the config to the windows 7 system via tftpd32) it works completely fine with no issues.

Windows 7 PC:  IP- 192.168.1.10, Subnet Mask- 255.255.255.0, Gateway192.168.1.1

Server 2012:     IP- 192.168.1.7, Subnet Mask 255.255.255.0, Gateway 192.168.1.1

I can ping successfully from the server to the switch and from the switch to the server.

I've already made firewall rule exceptions for UDP and TCP ports and even tried completely disabling the firewall on the server to see if somehow that was it.

Also, I have tried using TFTPD64 on the server system. When opening the TFTPD64 application I do not recieve an error like I do when using the 32bit application however I still recieve the "timed out" error on the switch.

At this point I'm not sure what else it could be and again my windows 7 machine has completed backups from the switch and I've successfully upgraded the image via the windows 7 machine as well.
