3550 not loading IOS image

Hello folks I need some help. I came in this morning and my 3550 is in switch: prompt. I tried to issue boot command and point it to "flash:c3550-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEB4/c3550-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin" but the image doesn't load.

Here's the out put....

This error is seen when the Cisco IOS image is corrupt or a .tar file uploads through an

Xmodem.

Try uploading the .bin file to the switch through Xmodem.

If needed, here is an example of this xmodem procedure:
