3550 Problem resetting the configurations - Please help!
I'm trying to integrate a couple of 3550's into our current network and need some help resetting their IP's. The instructions from the Cisco guide are not working, as when I press and hold the "Mode" button, nothing happens.
Has anyone else had this problem and does anyone know what might work?
