3560/3750 SFP< ------> Brocade or Fiber Channel SAN

Has anybody connected a Fiber Channel SAN to the SFP port of a 3560?

I have only connected Cisco switches to the SFP ports but am assuming it should work.

I have tried both SX and LH SFP because the distance is short.

The Cisco sees the SFP but won't get a link light or update any port stats.

Status of port shows down / down.

Not sure how it will work.

Here is the list of SFP supported in 3560.

Some CWDM SFP supports fibre channel.
