Hi,
I have a 3560Switch which boots but gives orange LED on SYST & RPS.
Is this an hardware issue or software being corrupted.
Details of switch on the attachment.

Hello Ronald,
there is for sure an HW related error during power on self test:
>> POST: Inline Power Controller Tests : Begin
POST: Inline Power Controller Tests : End, Status Failed
then later there are SW errors like
0:00:12: -Traceback= 5607F4 560A38 561218 1E41D4 1E428C 12457C 124748 1ED39C
00:00:13: %SW_VLAN-4-IFS_FAILURE: VLAN manager encountered file operation error: call = ifs_read_until (header) / file = / code = 21 (Is a directory) / bytes transfered = -1
Being the IOS image quite old I would try an upgrade if the system is not stable you need to force it into rommonitor (like for password recovery pressing the mode button in first seconds after power on ) and then your option is to use xmodem to download a new image on the flash.
Hope to help
Giuseppe

I think you need to contact Cisco TAC and have the appliance RMA-ed.
