3560G Stops responding to network

I have a 3560G-48PS that seems to get hung up sometimes. It will stop responding to the network(no ping, no telnet). When physically looking at the switch, all port lights that have a device connected are solid green and all blink at the same time. They blink once every few seconds. I have to cycle the power to get the switch going again. I do not see any packet errors when the switch is functioning properly. This switch is connect to my "main" switch via a 1000BaseSX SFP fiber connector and Cat5/5e to the devices. Any suggestions on what may be causing this?

I've seen this issue before with a 3560. I swapped out the sfp and that solved the issue. When you reload, try an extended ping and see if there are any drops. If you dont have any extra sfp's, debug the fx interface and show proc cpu when it locks up.
