3750/3560 Maximum Supported Cisco 7945s

Howdy LAN Gurus,

I hear tell that the WS-C3560E-24PD-S and the WS-C3750-48PS-S have a limitation on the number of 7945s supported (ie i can only run 10 or 15 on each switch before the power runs out).  Could anyone knowledgable with these pieces of equipment verify the maximum supported?  I'm having trouble finding documentation showing any maximums.

R/

Rob

The 7945's needs 12W (though its a class 3 PoE device, it takes less than class 3 power 15.4W). Typically, the WS-C3560E-24PD-S can support 24 simultaneous full-powered PoE ports at 15.4W for full powered-device support. And the WS-C3750-48PS-S can provide power to 24 ports at 15.4W, 48 ports at 7.7W. That means on 48 port your 3750 you can only have 24 Ip phones supported.
