3750 switch no IOS can't boot

Someone deleted the IOS off the switch and power cycled the switch. Now it comes up with the prompt switch: and when I do a dir flash: it does not have an IOS image. How can I copy a image through the console? or can I?

Mike,

You can use xmodem to copy an IOS to the flash using your console cable. It is a pretty simple process, and quick if you change the baud rate to 115200. Here are some step by step instructions for your recovery.
