Hello,
You have to upgrade the entire stack for EI functionality.
The part number that you need is CD-3750G-EMI=
1) Check the connectivity to the TFTP server from the switch.
2) Copy the image to the appropriate TFTP directory and point TFTP server to that directory.
3) Issue this command to start the upgrade :
3750# archive download-sw /safe
tftp://10.1.1.1/c3750-ipbase-tar.122-25.SEE1.tar
This command will load the code before deleting the old code from the switch. It will take some time.
( Remember to put in the IP address of the tftp server and the complete image name with the extention .tar )
4) Type 3750# dir flash: and 3750# dir flash1: to check for the files.
5) Now the final step, RELOAD.
6) After the switches come up, check that they have the same version, give the command :
show version
