Can someone tell me if 15.0(2)SE4 contains this bug fix CSCtx16194?

Hi,

According to Bug tool kit on Cisco.com the fixed for this is on 15.0(2)SE3 that said if you are running version 15.0(2)SE4 which is a later version this should not be affecting this version.
