3750x master switch crash

About an hour ago I had the master switch on one of my 3750x (WS-C3750X-48PF-S) stacks crash.

The only two items we've found that could have caused this issue are the roughly 1.3 million big buffer misses and several of the following in the syslog

SLT:WARN:No exporter configured for smartlog!

I do not have smartlogging turned on, nor is there a netflow exporter configured

Total pkts processed: 0
Total DHCP Snooping pkts processed: 0
Total DAI pkts processed: 0
Total IPSG pkts processed: 0
Total ACL pkts processed: 0

I did not see any traffic spikes prior to the crash.

Any idea on what might have caused this?

Has anyone else seen this happen?

This stack has been stable since it's last IOS upgrade from 12.2(58)SE1 to 12.2(58)SE2 back in October 2011 so this has me a little worried.

If it's crashed then there should be a crashlog(s).  Post the lastest three.

Thanks for the attachment.  The first file contained alot of information.

I believe your appliance crashed due to a software-related bug.

You have several options to choose from:

1.  Downgrade (if your switch stacks are of the same model) to 12.2(55)SE5.  Make sure you read the Release Notes to ensure that all the members of the switch stack can operate this code.  Also make sure that your codes can support your configs; or

2.  Contact Cisco TAC and give them the first attachement so they can decode and identify what exactly has triggered the crash.
