3750X rate-limit (QoS)

Hello,

 

I'm trying to configure a rate-limit in a 3750X but I'm not seeing any result...

When I apply the command I'm seeing a gauge using a 3rd party but I'm not seeing that the traffic will be truncated @ 50Mbps.

 

Any thoughts???
